Walkrally for Peace and Ecology 2019

   Every month of October, Mr. Mario "Toots" Fungo organize a "Walkrally for Peace and Ecology" in cooperation with BOCC, YPSEE, Sta. Magdalena ESO/PO's Organizations and Local Government of Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon, Bicol.

   This year's Walkrally for Peace and Ecology was held at Suki Beach Resort last October 27,2019.

   It aims to enlighten youth and people to help, protect and fight for our environment. The participants of this event were the students who undergone a Mandala peace arts workshop and training from different schools and communities. They join together for a special goal for our Mother Earth, to pray for world peace and to fight Climate Change.

June 2019 - Gawad Kalinga "Bayani Challenge" Event in Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon

Last June 10-12, 2019 , "GK" (Gawad Kalinga) held a "Bayani Challenge" at Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon. Mr. Mario "Toots" Fungo, a Peace Representative joined their activities for volunteerism and he also promote peace works during the event. 

Gawad Kalinga (GK) ("to give care" in Tagalog) is a Philippine poverty alleviation and nation-building movement known officially as the Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation.

The Annual Walkrally for Peace and Environment is the cuminating program held last October 28,2018 @ Suki Beach participated by pupils and teachers from different elementary schools in Sta.Magdalena, Sorsogon with Mr. Mario "Toots" Fungo.

September 2018 - International Day Of Peace at National Kidney Institute and Technology (NKTI)

The Peace Pole at National Kidney Institute and Technology 

Last September 21,2018, the National Kidney Institute and Technology (NKTI) in Quezon City celebrates Peace Day. The Peace Day is the Institute's way of joining United Nation's International Day of Peace observance every year.
